چکیده
The market demand for manufactured sand has grown rapidly, and the solution to problem of optimum stone powder content from concrete is imminent. workability, early age shrinkage strain cracking, strength, chloride ion penetration, pore structures with different contents were tested study influence concrete. test results show that addition beneficial in improving working performance But at same time, it will increase amount water reducer total an age. workability durability can be significantly improved by adding appropriate powder. However, excessive lead a reduction strength It suggested best water/cement ratio 0.32 10%, 0.45 should less than 20%.

Improvement and stabilization of soils are widely used to improve the physical and mechanical properties of sandy soils. Despite the abundance of researchers that have been conducted on this topic to date, most of them have focused on dry soil. The effects of the existing water in the soil and different curing durations (curing environment) have not been investigated. In this study, different p...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
Influence of Aggregate Size and Fraction on Shrinkage Induced Micro-cracking of Mortar and Concrete
In this paper, the influence of aggregate size and volume fraction on shrinkage induced micro-cracking and permeability of concrete and mortar was investigated. Nonlinear finite element analyses of model concrete and mortar specimens were performed. The aggregate diameter was varied between 2 and 16 mm. Furthermore, a range of volume fractions between 0.1 and 0.5 was studied. The nonlinear anal...
